About The Artist

Kevin Kupper has been rendering home portraits for over 30 years.

Kevin has adapted the old school of pen and ink drawings using various methods of line drawing to create different textures and tones. Many pen and ink drawings portrayed today are actually computer generated which mimic hand drawn portraits. All portraits by Kevin are rendered using the freehand style of drawing. Kevin creates all his portraits without use of any tools like rulers, protractor, computer software or using tracing or other techniques. All of Kevin’s portraits are drawn only by means of eye and hand coordination.

Kevin will reproduce your home in a beautifully rendered pen and ink drawing that makes a lasting family heirloom. Working from photographs, Kevin will capture the personality of your home in this hand drawn portrait.

He has exhibited in various cities and states, and won “Best of Show” awards at art shows in Chicago, IL, St. Louis, MO, and Venice, FL.

In addition to creating personal hand drawn house portraits, he has been commissioned by corporations such as Caterpillar of Peoria, IL, Inland Steel of Chicago, IL, and St. Francis Hospital of Peoria, IL. Kevin has also received commissions from France, England and Amsterdam.
